What is Your Customization Process?
Design Creation
Already have a design of your own? You can send us your artwork in an Illustrator file. We can also convert your hand-drawn sketches into digital file for an extra fee.
Quotation Approval
Upon receiving your design and necessary details, we'll provide a quotation for your approval, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of the associated costs.
Sample Creation
After the quotation is approved, we require a 50% payment to begin the first sampling stage. Patch approval typically takes 2 weeks.
Production
Once the sample is approved, we'll begin production, which typically takes 1-2 weeks from the date of confirmation.
